Rules of residence

Check-in from 14:00 (early check-in by arrangement). Check-out before 12:00 (additional hours of stay are provided subject to availability and are paid separately).

We care about the peace of all guests, so we ask you to keep quiet in the rooms and common areas, especially at night from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. This will help everyone to rest in comfort.

Please remember to close your doors and windows when leaving the house. The entire guest house (except for the rooms) is under video surveillance. Your safety is our priority!

It is very important to us that after you leave, the guest rooms remain as cozy. We ask you to treat the furniture and equipment with care. If a problem occurs during your stay, be sure to let us know and we will promptly resolve it.

Smoking of any kind is prohibited in our guest house, as it may trigger the fire alarm. For your convenience, there is a specially equipped smoking gazebo. Please use it so as not to disturb the comfort of other guests.

We try to maintain perfect cleanliness for your comfort, so we ask you to: keep the rooms and common areas clean and tidy; do not wear street shoes (use the slippers provided); do not move furniture. If you need anything, do not hesitate to contact us!

If you have friends or relatives coming to visit, please let us know in advance. If a guest stays overnight and we have the option of installing an extra bed, they become residents and their stay is paid for separately.

Please remember to hand in your key (card) upon check-out — this will help us prepare the rooms for the next guests.

Let’s take care of the environment together: turn off the lights, water and electrical appliances when they are not in use.

Please note that we do not allow pets, even the smallest and most well-behaved ones. Thank you for your understanding!

The trash container is on the right as you exit the building. Do not leave trash in public areas.
